PRACTICAL SUPPORT
For established, owner-led Montana businesses—especially field service, repair, trades, equipment service, distribution, and smaller manufacturing operations.
OUR FLAGSHIP SERVICE
Turn a recurring problem into a better way of working.
Start with a defined operating problem: scheduling, service handoffs, work-order completion, parts readiness, or preventable return visits.
Together, we examine how the work happens, listen to the people doing it, and implement agreed improvements. Relevant measures help you see what is changing and where more work is needed.
Business Clarity Review
A focused, paid review of the concerns you bring, relevant workflows, team input, and available operating information.
You receive a short, prioritized action plan and useful next steps. The review is scoped to the question at hand—not a financial audit or business valuation.
Leadership & Owner Independence
Help capable employees take greater responsibility through clearer roles, stronger supervisors, appropriate decision authority, and tested handoffs.
The aim is to reduce avoidable dependence on the owner at a pace the business can support. This can support succession without assuming that you want to sell.
Ongoing Owner Advisory
A defined, ongoing operating sounding board for priorities, performance, difficult decisions, and follow-through.
We work through the choices and follow up on agreed actions. The scope, meeting rhythm, and support between conversations are agreed in advance.
EXPERIENCE CLOSE TO THE WORK
Founder & Managing Member
Zane founded RHSG following a career spanning field service, warranty, logistics, manufacturing support, technology, and business operations. His career experience extends from frontline work through executive management, including P&L responsibility, service portfolios, cross-functional execution, and process improvement.
A third-generation Montanan based in Kalispell, Zane brings a commitment to service, careful stewardship, and respect for the people who keep a business running.
HOW WORK BEGINS
We begin with a conversation about what is happening, what you want to improve, and whether RHSG can help.
If there is a fit, we agree on the problem to address, the work involved, the expected deliverables, and the fee before paid work begins. You should understand what you are engaging RHSG to do and how we will evaluate progress.
Your business. Your direction.
RHSG also seeks to acquire and steward Montana businesses. Advisory work is a separate relationship: working with us creates no obligation to discuss or sell your business. Any future ownership conversation would be separate and transparent.
Helping you build a stronger business and remain independent is a successful outcome.
