WHY RHSG EXISTS
RHSG was formed in Kalispell in 2026 to create a durable family enterprise—one capable of owning good businesses, developing people, and contributing to the communities it serves.
The goal is not simply to own more. It is to steward well: to understand what makes a business valuable, protect what should endure, and invest where improvement can create lasting strength.
A NEW COMPANY. A LONG-EARNED PERSPECTIVE.
RHSG does not claim a portfolio or history it has not yet built. It brings more than 25 years of leadership across business ownership, P&L, service operations, logistics, manufacturing support, technology, and complex programs. The work has ranged from frontline execution through executive responsibility—with a consistent focus on people, accountability, useful systems, and measurable results.
PEOPLE AND LEADERSHIP
Developing teams, leaders, accountability, and ownership at every level.
OPERATING DISCIPLINE
Using clear priorities, financial visibility, practical systems, and measurable execution.
LONG-TERM RESPONSIBILITY
Making decisions with customers, employees, communities, and continuity in view.
FOUNDER & MANAGING MEMBER
Zane Grant
Zane founded RHSG Holdings after a career leading teams and complex operations across field service, warranty, logistics, manufacturing support, technology, and business operations. His experience has included P&L responsibility, service portfolios, cross-functional execution, process improvement, and leadership from frontline operations through executive management.
Earlier in his career, Zane spent twelve years in pastoral leadership. Zane is a follower of Jesus Christ. That experience continues to shape RHSG’s emphasis on service, responsibility, dignity, stewardship, and the long-term effect leadership decisions have on people.
A third-generation Montanan, Zane and his family are based in Kalispell.

HOW WE ARE BUILDING
RHSG is being built as an enduring family enterprise, with clear accountability, disciplined records, thoughtful capital allocation, and systems designed to support future businesses and generations. The aim is to create an organization that can endure without becoming dependent on one person.
CLEAR ACCOUNTABILITY
Know who is responsible, what matters, and how decisions are made.
DISCIPLINED STEWARDSHIP
Treat capital, people, reputation, and opportunity as responsibilities—not entitlements.
USEFUL SYSTEMS
Build visibility and structure that help people make better decisions without creating bureaucracy for its own sake.
WHAT GUIDES US
STEWARDSHIP
Treat ownership as a responsibility and seek to leave what we touch stronger.
RESPONSIBILITY
Keep commitments, face facts, and accept accountability for outcomes.
SERVICE
Create value by helping people, businesses, customers, and communities thrive.
GENERATIONAL THINKING
Choose durability, capability, and long-term strength over short-term applause.
ROOTED IN MONTANA
RHSG begins in Montana because this is where we live, where relationships matter, and where strong local businesses help preserve the independence and character of their communities. Over time, RHSG may grow beyond the state, but Montana is where the standard is being upheld.

Straightforward. Responsible. Patient. Serious about people. Honest about what we know—and what we still have to earn.
